Cannot pay with credit card

Hello I'm wanting to pay with my credit card for tons of things like Sticky Thread, Upgrading my rank and also some nice red thread titles. However I'm only getting transaction error

NOTICE: I have always been using my credit card for every site and never faced one issue with it. It's just not working with your site for some reason, I'm located in Kuwait if you were wondering. Thanks please update me asap

He ythat is normally not from epicnpc as its an automatic system,try checking your card balance and the bank maybe there is an issue with it

I have already contacted my bank they said we have no issue on our side and you'd have to contact their site to find a solution. and it's not about balance either.

Hmm try using other card its supposed to work fine as I had no issue with that

I replied to you yesterday stating the decline message we received says "Your credit card has declined the transaction." We do not have any more information than that. You have to call your credit card and ask them why it's being declined. We are not declining the payment, your card is.
