If you canceled before middleman accepts and secures account, a full refund is given, it is just automatic and not instant. Takes up to 24 hours to process then if its a credit card payment how ever long it takes them to process refunds

What if buyer is not sending it because now I'm already waiting for almost 2 hours for buyer to send it still got nothing also no reply
The buyer posted that he sent it. Depending on the bitcoin network fee the buyer used, you might not receive it quickly. If he sent with a really low fee, it could take 24 hrs or longer.
In the chat, please request the buyer to post the blockchain URL. If you do not receive the payment by tomorrow the MM can review the blockchain link to determine if the payment was sent and/or received.

Does transaction has validity? Because my buyer told me wait for 24-30hours for he's funds to be available. Will out transaction be still valid? My account was already secured by mm and now we only wait for the fee from buyer

If fee is unpaid and MM is not added, it will auto-cancel after 24 hrs.
If fee is unpaid and MM is added, it will auto-cancel after 48 hrs.
If it cancels, then you can recreate the transaction once the buyer is able to pay the fee.
