Hey,

I can't seem to figure it out but other than asking your buyer or seller is there a way to manually verify if a Bnet account has been merged for 30+ days?

There no way to manually do it, you will need a blizzard employee to tell you, you can try calling em or if you post in the customer support forum and ask em if you get a blue reply they can tell you exactly if it been over 30 days or not.

Try to transfer a character on it. It will throw a flag up if it hasn't been 30 days.
