hey, i just got scammed and id like to change the name for my friend name.. to transfer one of his 60's is it possible?

I've tried and was unsuccessful, Remeber only the last names have to be the same for it to work I beleive, try using the my parents got divorced and I'm taking my mothers name excuse or make up your own and see if it works, Lemme know if it works
