Can scammer make your account perma banned?

Got on a deal with one "reselling shop" and i had to give my acc info before, so then they sent fake ss of payment and i sent email to blizz with all the detail and got acc back, now they threaten me with sending blizz msn logs and i will get perma banned. they alreade " reselled " acc before i got money and acc was transfered and payd for 1 month. so now they want those 30 euro or sending blizz some ****.
can they do that and can i get perma banned? i mean if i will i can send them email that that all happened not when i was at comp and i dont know anything thats why i mailed them about hacking acc.

Im sure they can email Blizzard about this, but I would doubt Blizzard would actually do anything. They are after all breaking Blizzards Terms of Service, so I don't think Blizzard would accept anything from them as legit info.

They aren't going to do anything. They never will. They know that blackmailing is illegal as it is and they are breaking the ToS. Just don't worry about it and go along with your life. If anything does happen just call Blizzard making some stupid excuse that your accounts were hacked from a Keylogger and they will believe it xD
