Can MapleStory's account recall be prevented?

Before purchasing a MapleStory account,
i want to make sure it is secure.

Is there a way for the seller to take the account back? How can buyers prevent it?

Well, most of the digital items can be recovered by original owner. We can't fully eliminate those possibility although we can make a security actions towards it. I would recommend you to buy from secure source. What does it mean? For me personally, I would do a research about the seller (his feedback stats, his previous deals that were made, seller responsiveness and attitude).
