Can I upgrade to Verified membership even I am in Taiwan ?

It says that need to "verify a phone number and submit an ID image"

I wonder if it works in my country.

Yes, there shouldn't be any issues Verifying your account if you come from Taiwan.
We have other Taiwanese members who has their Verified upgrade so I really can't see what the problem would be.
