I recently just sold my account to another person, it was only after giving him the info and receiving the money that I noticed he was a potential scammer. Its been three days since, currently i have the money moved to my bank. He blocked me yesterday on aim but i still have no recall notice on paypal. If i unlink my paypal to my bank am i safe? can they get the money from my bank? if not would i be in some legal issue with negative money for my paypal balance?

If you're in US and due to a some reason PayPal thinks that you owned money to them, they will send your case to a collection agency.
Though I am on the other side of the issues, I need to get my money back and it doesn't look to good.

Closing your bank account out will keep paypal from taking the money from you, but they will still be after you eventually to pay off the negative balance.
If he scams you try recalling your account and then read up on how to keep safe when selling on paypal. There are many great guides on these forums and i have written some of my own on my website www.TaurenMill.com
