Can i Reverse the credits i put into my account???

I bought an auction on this site and put 39 dollars into credit on my account, but dumb me forgot to read that its for sellers only and i cant pay for the auction with this. Is there anyway i can get my 39 dollars refunded to my bank account? i have no use for it in credit for selling because i have no plans on selling things on here only buying. anyone know if i can do anything?
