Can i get my account back? Ive just been scammed.

Okay heres the story.
I bought my rogue account about 3 months ago, so i am not the original holder of the account.
I had the email, account name, password and SQA on the account.

I just went to sell my account to someone over wowtrade.dk
I gave the guy who claimed he wanted to buy my char after about 30 mins of chatting over msn, my account username and password, cos he wanted to take a screenshot of my account management incase i wanted to scam him, so he could get my account banned for scamming.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt,.
I also thought "well must be okay, since i have the email which he dont know and the SQA which he dont know"
Turns out after about 10 seconds of him having my account name and pass. I logged into the account management page, EVERYTHING had changed, name, email, address.

Then i tried logging into my account via WoW, turns out that my account has been merged with this guys battlenet account.
What the [censored]?
I had no idea someone could claim someones account for good if they have username and pass?

Is there anyway i can get it back?
Any advice on what i can do, to get my account back?

I wish it was that easy, but i dont think i have enough details about my account since im not the original owner.
They ask for Account name, SQA, address, CD key.
I dont know the address and postcode the account opened with.
What else will they ask over phone? because im going to have to try remember as much as i can about the account.

I've never had to tell cd key or adress the 15+ times I've called them for this

... Only full name + sqa + acc name + an email

OMG that is almost the exact same thing that happened to me! the only different thing is.. im the original owner of my account but i used to make alot of 10 day free trials and i never used to know what a SQA was so i put random stuff in as it.

I was talking to a guy that wanted to trade with me and he linked his Armory link for me aswell and we were talking for ages so i kinda trusted him and the rest was exactly the same as yours....

so even if i do ring blizz i will never know the SQA to my account.
