Can i charge back?

So i bought this warrior for 200 over paypal, im verifyed in paypal.

(S)he recalled it.

I know the SQA, old PW, Username, and had it changefd to my email, but SOMEHOW and i reformatted my comp cause i think the screens aver he sent me is a keylogger... he changed the email back to his account and changed the pass so i cant get in... I want to recall the money but its been 30 days...

Can i recall the money? Will blizz to anything if i report it? I know the guy on wow so will his other accounts be banned if i do? I want to get him back /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

Im talking to paypal but they are so slow to answer and i dont wanna pay to call, i dont have a land line only a cell.

First of all, the guy didn't keylog you, he probably just called Blizzard and recalled the account over the phone. If you have all the information on the account (including the first and last name of the original owner), you can recall the account. Too many recalls in a short period of time will cause the account to be closed so be careful.

If the seller will not respond to your attempts at making things right, then you should go ahead and file a chargeback with paypal. I believe the maximum acceptable time between a transaction and a chargeback is 45 days.

Its not mine tis his so i dont care about him, but thats good that its 45 days but ill wait till paypal lets me know whats up.
