Yesterday rockstar games detected and banned anyone who used the "stealth money method" which is what every recovery service used to give their customers money. I do not believe it is safe for people to be purchasing GTA V online recovery services until a new method is found.
Am i allowed to put a warning in my thread telling people to stay away from "recovery services" until further notice?

Yes of course. You can even make a thread in recovery sections just for that. we just limit when people put it in other peoples threads.
