Called a scammer for no reason...?

I'm currently selling a Diablo 3 account for 15$ because I want CS:GO asap.

Then yesterday a guy wanted me to add him, I added him during the day about 2pm.
He accepted the friend request when it was about 9 pm/when I was about to sleep.

I wasn't really in the mood to type around there, because I was tired.
We talked a little, then he asked me "how can i be sure you wont scamm"
I answered back "you can't" and then his english freaked out, couldn't really understand him.
So I told him "Can we talk tomorrow? I'm tired and was about to go to bed..." said "okay, goodnight and goodbye" and logged off.

I checked my posts if they had any new messages and when I looked in the comments/messages whatever. It said "This guy is a scammer... care..." -pakito
That's why I'm making this post, can he get banned for "false accusation"?
People properly won't trade with me now?

It almost feels like he's the scammer, look at the conversation he's in a hurry wants me to trade him right away.

I'd like an admin to take a look at this, is there anyway I can call one or something like that?

People will not be banned only for false accusation, they recive infractions instead. If it is what you say and he can't provide any proof that you scammed him then it's fine but if he can then he will have to open a dispute in ''Active Disputes'' and upload screenshots.

Will his message get deleted from my post? It'll ruin my so called "business" if doesn't, people will properly still believe him...
