Its great for starting out and selling relatively cheap considering isk with it, payment would not have to be through ebay, but still paypal.
Can fly a tengu confidently + cruiser, bc and battleship caldari ships. Lots of the basic tech 2 skills trained too! Torpedoes tech 2 and heavy assault missiles.
