-KEQING as least C3
-Zhongli (must have at least C1)
-at least ONE 5 Star Polearm or Sword, bonus if Vortex Vanquisher
-AR35 (better if higher)
It would be really cool if the account you offer had a few max Constellation 4star characters. Bonus for more constellations on Keqing or Zhongli, or a high refinement 5star polearm or sword.
