For the record this has been a DEEPLY unpleasant experience. I experienced nothing but misogyny and men going on a power trip. I love Overwatch. I'm a mercy main. I was away at school when the Atlantic Mercy skin came out. I was willing to drop around 200 on an account with the skin. However, I had a hostile interaction with a male mod when I asked for confirmation of the account and whether or not I could change the email and password. If you're new and looking it's not worth it. There's clearly some kind of etiquette that I just didn't understand or I was the punching bag for someone on a power trip. Good luck.
