Hello, I'm looking to buy really cheap unranked accounts that meet these requirements :
- Level 30
- at least 16 champions
- at least 1 good rune page (preferred 9x dmg reds, 9x armor yellows, 9x mr blues and 3x as quints) - If there is IP left on it, it would work too
- Never ranked before is a plus and really preferred
Also willing to buy accounts in small bulk (5-7 ish) if the accounts meet the requirements !
