Budget:
Up to $100 (depending on account quality; might go higher if I really like it)
I can pay using Paypal FnF or Wise

Requirements:

1. Trailblaze Level <40 (low story completion)

2. Has the following characters:

Acheron+LC AND/OR Jingliu+LC
AND at least four out of the following characters: Kafka, Ruan Mei, Sparkle, Fu Xuan, Huohuo, Black Swan

3. (optional) Bonus points if the account has a lot of pulls/tickets saved up or other strong limited units/LCs
