Buying Steam account which can trade (preferably with CS:GO) [paying CS:GO skins]

NOTE: I'm paying CS:GO Skins or CS:GO Keys. Can also pay TF2 Keys.
I'm looking to buy a Steam account preferably with CS:GO. The most important thing that I'm looking from the account is that it could send trades to others. Anything else like CS:GO rank, Steam Level or whatever isn't a big deal. But if I like it I may add some extra for that.
I'm expecting you to go first.
Here is a few reasons on why you should trust me:
- Steam Member since 25 June, 2011 (4 years).
- 70 games.
- Steam level 17.. and rising.
- 3,6500 hours in TF2, 920 hours in CS:GO.
- I Used to be a big trader on TF2Outpost (1,271 trades, 6,328 posts, 14 hearts. Also TF2Outpost member since 11 Sept, 2012)
- Even though I don't have proof of this but anyways, quite some time ago I bought a TF2 Item called 'Earbuds' for Paypal. Back in the day it was kinda expensive, around 40$ or so... Obviously I went first because he had a good paypal trading rep thread. I have some screenshots taken and uploaded to Steam on when I got those earbuds and few comments from the seller deep down in my TF2Outpost profile.
