looking to buy an account, must have the following:
- NA only
- seele + her light cone
- bronya
- bailu or gepard. preferably both
- 15k+ jades or 100+ rolls for future banners
other things will be considered in the price depending on the account. a bit less rolls is fine if there are more things on the account (e.g. yanqing, welt, etc)
budget fairly flexible up to $150 paypal f&f. possibly more if it's a really good account
