As the title states, I'm looking to buy a VERY specifically customized reroll account.

I'm willing to pay for the service provided, but I am specific.
Must be on a NA server.
What I want is one (or more) of the following race/class combinations, using my specified name (not a derivative or variation) with the following item(s):

I've had a few people reply asking what I would pay, obviously this service would be more expensive than the normal reroll service.
Quote me a price, the worst I can do is say no.
I'd expect to pay a minimum of $150+, more depending on how specific the final result is.
