Looking to buy accounts with S6 Jiyan + Sign as the minimum requirement.
My budget is flexible and high for the right account ($500+)
I will say that, especially for a valuable account, I will likely only go through Paypal G&S, unless you have insane feedback. If you have a problem with that just go to the next thread. I have an eBay account with 300+ sales, and buy wrist watches on Reddit, so I have feedback for $1000+ purchases - which I can prove if needed.
