As long as you use guild bank or put something into trade chat I dont think you will ever get banned.. maybe if its from chinese ip

I would suggest not using the guild bank technique. I bought 50k gold from someone and I joined his bank's guild. He deposited the 50k gold then promoted me to be able to withdraw it. I stayed in the guild as did he, however the next day he received a 3 day ban for "exploiting the economy."
