Buying BC Cd-Keys Safe?

Is it safe to buy a BC cd-key from somebody? Couldn't they just call Blizzard with it and change your account info since they have the key also? Even if you were to activate BC on your WoW account, they could steal your stuff in the end. Am I right?


Edit : Go ahead and answer my own question here since I just asked somebody on Ventrilo. Need Username and E-mail on the account, including the CD-Key to change the info. But do they also need the WoW cd-key attached to it, or just the BC?
