I am looking to buy a ZZZ account at any stage (low,mid,high end) that has the following characters, more is better, any region is fine.
MUST HAVE (doesn't need to be all but more is favorable)

Remille
Velina
Nangong Yu (must have if it has promeia+remielle)
Preferably have (either conditional or good if it's extra)
Aria
Dialynn
Yuzuha
Sunna (only if the account has Shunguang or full idol team)
Miyabi
EVERYONE ELSE is not required especially if they are not very strong, example Jane doe, Ellen, Evelynn etc.
I'll set up a budget depending on how good the account is, what stage of the game it is in (story, end game mode clear potential etc.) and how many farmable pulls it still has from story and past events etc.
Ideally account would be before end game so there is much to play and clear but not a requirement (around lvl50 would be ideal, not too early game)
