Can only gift a game or games to those in the USA also. Tried with someone from EU, but steams new trading/gifting guidelines won't allow for cross country gifting Due to pricing differences between regions. Willing to go first as long as you have some rep.


Message me on here or pm me. Looking for Psamathe, Mo long, Feng Yan and ld nat 5, Double lushen would be nice also. Would like glory towers lvl'd high or medium.
