• Achievement Points at least 42,000 or FULL RADIANT SET INCLUDING BACKPACK must be unlocked
• Must have all Raid Legendary Armors (Light, Medium, Heavy)
• Must have at least 6 armor legendary runes
• Must have at least 2 weapon legendary sigils
• Must have all legendary accessories
• Must have all legendary backpacks (PVP, Ad Finitum and Warbringer)
• Must have as many of Gen 3 Aurene legenary weapons and other Gen 2 and Gen 1 weapons
• All mounts unlocked
• All professions maxed
• Region can be any
• Rare titles are a bonus for PVE and PVP
