Chain of Thrayn OR Whisper of the Nathrezim Legendary
30+ points in ret weapon
Not requirements, but huge points if character has a faulty countermeasure trinket and a 35+ retribution weapon
I'll take a character of 850+ so long as they have the legendaries.
