I have account with 2320 reso and 300k plat. Should be pretty easy to get it into 3k reso.

 

Got one that’s 2.2k+ has over 3k AST runes and a good amount of gem power. Once it’s hit paragon 800 and gets the extra 2 slots you can easily make it 3k.
