Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:first he text me on skype and tell me that he want to buy it,after that i ask him if he know how to send a personal payment on paypal? he say yes
after that something different come in to my history transaction on paypal it say bill from and marked as paid,and in the details is invoice like this http://imgur.com/5JHmaCU so i trust it because paypal will give me the money in few hours and it say non refundable and no charge back.so i just give the email and password to him and he finish to change all the details.the day after he send it my paypal balance is still same so i waited again until i found this (https://goo.gl/5Hcqqu) so i'm sure i got scammed and then he block me and i still don't get the money
