Describe the problem:

You made the purchase and then requested a refund of the payment through paypal. then i get blocked on epicnpc and discord. I suppose the possibilities return the money or cancel the refund request is null so I hope it will be sanctioned so that it does not defraud other people.

for my part I will report the account to netmarble

Your only option on PayPal will be to refound the money since i cant message you on PayPal. You can do it now, or in 10 days after you time will expire on PayPal.

Why can't you simply give back the account? I don't understand that part. You've forced a refund, holding (I assume soon to be) both account and money both but won't give back the account.

Just give him back the account, mate. Useless account or not. Then he can do what he wants with it.

If he have what to do with an banned account, i will. Just after he will refound the money, not ALL because i play 1 day. Gems was still there, But at least 90$ refound

And also shown to be banned here for this scam attempt of yours and you expect PayPal to bow down and give you what you want?

@DarkStarAZR - Unless you're willing to allow the seller to help you (by giving him access so he can contact support if need be) then there is nothing more we can do here. But by opening and threatening more PayPal action will lead to a ban, as you're then basically scamming him.

Are you going to allow him to help you or not?

User lost his PayPal dispute. Not sure what he was thinking..

And has been banned for his attempted scam. Most likely there was nothing wrong with the account, or he was simply able to contact and fix it himself and didn't want to blow his cover by having the seller help him. In essence trying to get a refund for nothing.
