Is there anything i can do to get the refund revoked? What should i respond to paypal?

If theres no response from him here and/or he gets banned, feel free to open a dispute on PayPal saying you didn't receive your product. He'll need to prove he sent you something which he can't and you should get your money back. If it was sent with Friends and Family, you can dispute it through your bank. But this may cause penalty to your PayPal account.

You are misunderstanding, i am the seller and he is the buyer who opened the dispute about not receiving the product. So i cant prove anything to paypal and have to take the loss?

@gachaoverlord76 if they paid "friends/family" they will likely not win the dispute and you will keep the money. If they did goods/services, there's a chance you lose it.
