Buyer cant log into PSN account? Need guidance!

I recently sold an account to a person interested in the PSN account i had for sale! When he is trying to login, he says hes not able to? It says the details are incorrect even tho it is correct! Does it have something to do with the different countries we both are in? I am a EU citizen, and he is a US citizen, the PSN account was created in EU/Sweden! Any idea? Thanks in advance!

He need to restart password, and after this is going to work. VPN is not required

Hello! It finally worked for him, he could log onto the website with the details i provided! Now theres another issue, when he wants to log into the same account with the same details, it tells him he cant use a different ID on his system(PS3) - What to do in this case?
