What is the dispute about? Buyer failed to make payment 90min after payment info was posted and account details were given and secured
after 90 min buyer wrote a report that I, seller, was attempting to recover the account, EpicNPC admin came into the transaction to abitrate.
EpicNPC admin asked buyer why payment was not made after 90min, buyer claimed the account recovery process started before transaction.
Buyer then went silent for 24h after EpicNPC admin canceled the transaction and asked buyer to return account to seller.
