To me that's pretty stupid.
You can recall your GC account back pretty quickly.
Also doesn't take that long to reach a high level and build your own good base.
People here selling overpriced, so you may as well spend that money that you want to buy the account on, on gems. Speed up building, speed up base growth.

You can recall any account back if you're a POS person. I've been playing 1 month with 5 builders and dropped around $250 [still have 13,849 gems] and I'm level 46. I should of bought one off ebay for $250 which level 95+ everything close to max is already done. The downside is not being able to change the name of the CoC. That $250 would've been better spent on that high tier account because even if I did spent the $100 in gems I still have, it wouldn't get me anywhere close to level 95. Not all accounts will be overpriced... I'll be posting my account when I feel like I can get the money back that I spent on it.

Your clash of clans account is linked to your GameCenter [Iphone] or Google+ [Android] account. If you haven't linked it to either of these if for some reason your phone factory resets you will lose all progress. That being said, selling your GC or Google+ account is how you can sell your account. 
But you'll never be top tier and we all can't be free loaders like you.
