The Payment Process
You can go first or we can trade using a verified middleman at your expense.

I will pay using paypal via GOODS/SERVICES with a message claiming this is payment for TANGIBLE goods.
In addition, I will take pictures of the account with messages as proof of account trading.
If you recover the account, I will file a paypal claim.
As described above, I have much experience dealing with paypal, and given the payment process, I WILL win the claim.
In the very UNLIKELY event that I lose a claim, I will send the pictures taken during the transaction as proof of account trading directly to Riot.
