So basically what happened is that I put up a post yesterday saying that I was looking for an account. This guy PM's me and offers to sell his account for $80. I ask for him to give me a few days to think about it and he straight up says that I could buy it for $50 steam card which made me think he was suspicious. So I decide to do some research and found the exact same posting of an account that was selling July 31st, 2015(which I have linked below). At this point it was pretty obvious that he was a scammer but just in case I ask for his User ID in the game to check his account out and see if its legit or not and he has not responded. He has given me a negative review for false feedback in accordance to the negative review I put on his account to warn other players that he is a scammer.
