Bug when create new sale thread

I cant finish my new sale thread today. Test with chrome / firefox.

Make sure you sure to look over every question if it says "required" under it, make sure they are filled in/selected

If that doesn't work just reply and we can try something else

I could not find this text box this morning. Its quite weird.

What error do you get? Those images are of a blank form, you can't submit a blank form, it has to be filled out.
