This by no means is saying that the payment method is a stolen credit card. Its saying that it was a chargeback, meaning whoever had the payment info cancelled their monthly subscription and asked for a refund. The part saying (Please note that using a stolen or unauthorised credit-card to make your membership payment is illegal and will not be tolerated! ) Is like a warning, that if you are using a stolen CC they will not tolerate it. In no way is it indicating that it is a Stolen Credit card. Because we are on the internet and using a Stolen CC is very common that is a standard message they use.
