also, i am not exactly sure but he may have blocked me on skype as none of my messages are going through and from looking at other forums I can see that he uses this skype for everything. Doesn't seem likely he would abandon it for a week.

I just wanna ask if I can take this up with PayPal as my friend had made it a purchase of goods. I'm sorta new to PayPal and want to ask for some advice on how to do this.
