basically he is 1/5 s4, 3/5 s3, and s2 shoulders(all gemmed and enchanted for max dps). 150 badge staff(Staff of the forest Lord), guardian neck, everthing else is vindicator's. He has an epic resto set(PVE mostly)and a mostly epic tanking set.
