Paid for a B2-S5 boost. Had around 29 LP when he started boost, played about 10+ games (low LP gain) in the time span over 3-4 days, and was left with 79 LP, still in B2.
I asked him for a partial refund because he didn't advance once, instead he removes/blocks me from Skype and hasn't responded since. I could easily go to PayPal and ask for my money back (buyer's protection).
I had another booster take me all the way up to S5 in less than 24 hours. Even under this booster's circumstances, I'm sure he could have done it less than 48 hours.

I understand people have personal matters to take care, but he was unresponsive on Skype for 2 nights. That's unacceptable in this day of age where we have smartphones in our pockets.

/OP if you want to take care of this the right way, let me know; otherwise I'll take action on my own.
