Scammed me by taking the account back

Brawl Stars- I bought the account a long time ago and this no life took it back a long time ago. I just accepted that he is a scammer with no dignity but then I see that he is reposting the account I was scammed for over and over. He now blocks out the name but the ID is #RVJRV9YV When I bought the account the name was Mochileiro and he has now changed it to Mr.Pinky Please ban this guy so he will stop scamming other people. I don't need my money back I just want him to not steal from more people.
