Do people sell game accounts bounded to Facebook? Trying to sell a Tower of Saviors account that already bound. Is it possible?

Yes, but most games have an unlink option to remove it and change the FB account or link something else to it. If the game you're trying to sell doesn't allow you to unlink your FB account, then you won't be able to sell the account.

For this case, you need to send ticket to customer service for binding process. They will ask for few question and you need to fulfilled the requirements and follow the steps given.
