Bought RSL account yesterday - account flagged for suspicious activity

Hi,

Bought an account yesterday from a reputable vendor here, today wanted to redeem a promo code and got this message.
Searching for this didnt find me any results at all - in discord on in here or in plarium forums lol

Is this a new thing? Anyone else has gotten this?
I want to maybe ask plarium support but im afraid they might ban account or smt, cause buying/selling acc's is prob illegal by them

Aside from using the promo code are there any other issues with the account? You're able to play?

If data has changed or you're from another country than the original owner, that might have triggered something. If there's no other issues, then it could be a temporary flag. Try claiming the code again in a few days and see if it's still flagged.

Yeah, all is good, able to play. Im just thinking if future promo codes come up I might not get to use them because of this flag.

Banned - Too many accusations

Hey, there are some promo codes with country restriction. But in your case it just seems because of a recent data change you are unable to use the promo codes for a while (if i had to guess i'd say around 1-2 weeks)

I have the same exact problem, I bought a free to play account 5 months ago and it keeps on saying that the code is only available for new players but laat week it showed me the same prompt as what you posted and i contacted plarium and this is what they responded me with.
