Other information: Contacted him first on EpicNPC chat after which i added him on his first Discord account.
After having a very friendly chat he added me on his "main" discord account, as stated above.

Approximate value of property: Bought the Account for 1300€ including a CSGO Knife worth 200€ that was stored on a external website for a total price of 1500€

What is the dispute about?

I bought a Lost Ark Account from this user on the 21st July.

The price we agreed upon was 1300€. The only problem was that he still had a Knife worth 200€ linked to that account. He told me the only option i had was wait for it to be tradable after he enables steam guard again or if i want to just buy the knife with the account and then sell it myself.
I agreed to buy the knife with the account together, bringing the Price to a total of 1500€

The transaction went smoothly and we still chatted for a few days since he seemed like a very chill guy.

Now came the day for the knife sell. It was sold on the 25th July on the external website.
The problem here now is the money got sent to his PayPal Email.

We still chatted and he reassured me that he is currently not home but after he return he will send me the money.
After multiple days of trying to dodge the subject he has blocked me on the August 1st on both of his Discord Accounts and is also refusing to answer my messages on EpicNPC.


Other details / notes:

The Account (atleast to my knowledge) has not been recalled yet and im still using it without any problems, though i have a hunch that after blocking me on Discord he might try to recall it.

I dm'ed him on EpicNPC and gave him a Deadline until Sunday 07.08 to send me the money.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Yes he did and currently im still using the account.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) - the login details aka. username and password - steam guard was already removed
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Currently not recalled ( or maybe he is trying but i dont see it )

He has now reclaimed the steam account. Im trying to open a dispute with paypal now.
