Bought credits not showing up

I bought 2960 credits, paid via bitcoin (regarding bitpay everything went fine : http://i.imgur.com/lsxmjbb.png yet the credits don't show up.
How should i proceed now?

Okay no problem! Deposit probably needed manual approval

Bitcoin payments take about 10 mins on average to complete, however can sometimes take longer. Paypal payments are near instant, about 20-30 seconds.

I'll look into verifiying my account so I can use paypal as an option, seriously, most splendid board-modding I've ever seen (I'm a professional Webdeveloper myself) ... I'm nothing but in awe!
