What is the dispute about?
I bought the account and it was used for only a few days before I tried logging in and was told all the information was incorrect. I checked the email and everything had been changed and there were about 4 emails for tickets to recover the account then a email stating the email had been changed. I reached out to ubisoft and was only told that there is nothing they can do since they cannot verify the accounts owner.

I sell 50 level rank ready accounts for rainbow six siege on a daily basis. This guy contacted me on discord out of the blue telling me that he had lost access to the account I sold him 2 weeks ago and that I had scammed him. He is claiming that I somehow got access to his account. With that said, I just want to say that I have nothing to do with the loss of his account as first of all it's been 2+ weeks since I've sold it, and secondly I don't have the means to recover an account I have sold. When payment is confirmed from the buyer, we make an email change giving him FULL OWNERSHIP, which means that I don't have any access to the account whatsoever since the email and password are being changed.
i tried to explain to him that he probably got hacked but he doesn't want to cooperate.

anybody here cares to solve this dispute? I got negative feedback showing on my profile for literally no reason messing up my reputation.

Is it possible for you to contact support about the account and recover it as the original owner?
I tried contacting them but they cannot verify the ownership since I cant provide them with the game receipt. I buy so many accounts daily I can't know which receipt corresponds to each account.

In addition, my thread comes with a Terms Of Service file that clearly states: "Prices are fixed and all sales are final. For any technical problems that occur, customers are held responsible."

I am sorry but this is not the buyer's fault. In case that account is recovered [in this case probably is] a seller is fully responsible to help with that. If you can't then you will have to refund the entire payment back.

As I said, I contacted Ubisoft to see what I can do from my end but they are saying they can’t give me any information as to what has happened. You are speaking hypothetically with no actual proof that the account has been recovered. Having to refund every buyer that loses access to his account makes no sense whatsoever.

As previously stated, you are responsible for keeping registration details in case you ever need it. Please post an conversation image with Ubisoft support

Since when are sellers responsible for keeping registration details? I don't see that rule in any of your TOS.

@NEECO you stated that you are original owner, so you should be able to easily recover this account back. If you are unable then we will consider it as false advertising and a full refund must be issued

Can you not read? I tried recovering it but Ubisoft doesn’t want to give any information about this account. All they are saying is “this account has been suspended from Ubisoft services due to security reasons”
I can’t be responsible for people getting their accounts hacked
Is this a professional account selling site or not?
