I have verified it indeed banned and match history shows no possible way of scrypting and its only your actions uzzarewto.

There was no reason to ban the account, it could have been resolved peacefully with a refund. If customer was unhappy with account you should have worked something out.
Or came here when he disputed funds. Now you cannot keep his money since he has no account. Ban in 24 hours if refund is not given.

If paypal sides in op's favor he will not be unbanned.

Wanting to return account is not a reason to ban it perm.
