What is the dispute about? I losed the access to the accounts because Nasomi (owner of the server) tracked down RMT people here and account sellers.

Other details / notes: All the characters are in mordion (jail) so you can't play with it anymore and asked nasomi to put them out of mordions but he won't do anything.

Hello when i sold the account it was in good standing original owner i know you used it no problem was there something you did that caused it to be jailed?

Yea I used the account which was really perfect for few days. I only did parties, and a dynamis. Then I had tons of work and when I logged back in all the chars were in jails.

I never used hack, tools, any non authorized plugins.

I only know Nasomi did some investigations and found out lots of RMTs and account sellers. I must be linked I guess, he investigated here too...

Did they send any emails to the email attached to the account about the ban?

I had the account from the 30 Sept to 9 oct 2018 (date where I logged in after few days without playing) and it was in jail. So I had the account for about a week, costing 750$ a week, which is more expansive than using a ferrari >.>

No actually Nasomi doesn't send any email regarding banning but I gave Useed all the logs to check it out.

I did not opened a dispute at 9 october because firstly I asked the seller what happened, and if he was willing to refund at least half of the price.

Then I talked to my middleman Useeds the next day to ask what should I do.

What does that mean? On Sept 30th, the account was transferred to you, you confirmed you had full access and secured it. What happened during that week?

Yes, I see the account was banned on Oct 9th, then Nasomi posted they banned 58 accounts for gil selling, so you account was part of that ban.

The seller was a gil seller on Nasomi, so this provides proof the seller was involved in gil selling and might be the reason the account was banned.

That means the account never showed on the dashboard nasomi.com but according to the seller it was a normal process. I had the access (logs to the character but not the back office stuff).

During the week I had the account I played 100% legits a couple of hours, I went to Dynamis with a couple of friends, we did farm some lymbus and that's it. I used it maybe 5 hours maximum from my buy. Nothing anormal happened.

I didn't know the seller was involved in gil selling, this explain everything I guess. Nasomi linked all the IP's and banned everything I guess.

I still don't understand. The account is on the Nasomi private server. Are you saying the website and private server are separate and you have do something to make the account appear on the website? Would the person that original created this account have done this?

@45546 he's been email notified. We'll accept a no reply as admission of guilt that his gil selling activities caused the ban if there's no reply in 24 hrs.

Yes the game and the nasomi website are two differents things.

You can check your character, change password etc on website, not in the game.

45546 said when you change pwd it usually takes somes days to show up again (the accounts). But nothing popped, but this is not the issue.
The issue is the account got fully banned after few days only. I didn't even played on the alt and the mule !

45546 has been banned for failing to reply.

45546 was selling gil on this server and there was a ban was the day after you purchase this account. The seller should have disclosed to you that the account was used in gil transfers and had a ban risk.

Normally we do not hold sellers responsible for ban waves. It's a risk everyone accepts when buying/selling accounts. However in this case the gil seller was also the account seller, so that information should have been disclosed. We would have required a 80% refund.
